Zhengzhou Ancai Refractory Co., Ltd, which is located in Quliang scientific         

industrical zone of Xinmi city Henan province, is 30 km from Zhengzhou. It is near

to  the Jingzhu highway and Zhengzhou airport , has ascendant geography and 

convenient transportation.

         The company is a joint venture established with joint investment of 180million

  RMB by Henan Ancai Group and Zhengzhou Dongfang Enterprise Group. It is a

  high- tech enterprise that mainly specialize in  the research, exploiture, manufacture of   

 fused- cast refractory. It occupies a land area of 210,000 sqm. It designed 5 

 production lines  with an expectant output of 15,000 tons and three of them now have

 been put into  production, of which one is 5 ton-electric-furnace and the others are 3

  ton-electric- furnace. The company has microcomputer automatization management

  system and the whole-hydraulic-control hard casting tools system. It also has 

  advanced digital-control  machine tools, annealing equipment, assembly flat of 800

  sqm and long-term engagement of foreign experts as technical instructors. 

        We mainly produce good-quality fused-cast refractory products α-βAl2O3 、β-

  Al2O3 blocks and AZS33#-Y,AZS36#-Y,AZS41#-Y blocks, and the α-βAl2O3 

  blocks is used for the CRT oxygen- furnace in the second phase of Xinyi of Ancai

  group cosmically, which Complies with the trend of high performance, longevity and

  good erosion resisting of domestic and foreign fused-cast refractory industry.
